Taz is approximately 11 months old and a little lover! He can be a little shy around new people but is getting used to visitors. He is a smart boy and responds well to training; he knows sit, shake and lay down and listens well to commands (although he might talk back!), with or without a treat! Taz also does well with other dogs although it seems to make him a bit of a target for older, more dominant dogs at doggie daycare. Taz is happy to go on walks and just play with his fosters and can be a bit of a velcro dog. He is kennel trained but needs a bit of bribery to go to it and may whine a bit once in it. He would rather be with you! His foster says part of his charm is that although he is very obedient, he is also very goofy; it makes it seem as though he isn't very smart, which is not at all true! He is just a pure, happy dog that wants to make his fosters happy and laugh. He can cheer anyone up and make them laugh and is so polite and curious. He also becomes very attached to his favorite people!Taz is a very handsome boy with a face that has permanent puppy charm to it.Taz's birthday is May 26th, the best gift would be to have his forever home!Taz is eligible to be part of the Pets for Patriots program.If you have any questions or would like to adopt Taz, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
